This year, residents of The Inn, The Pines, and The Willows
celebrated Penn State Homecoming in a BIG way! Accompanied by Brookline
associates, they took part in the university’s annual parade. The Juniper
Village bus—converted into a custom parade float—was decked out in its Penn
State finest, driving the parade route through campus and downtown State
College. Each year, the parade brings together students, alumni from across the
globe, faculty, and staff members from all Penn State campuses.
Prior to the procession, residents and associates enjoyed a
traditional tailgating gathering just outside of Beaver Stadium. The event was
a huge success and we at Juniper Village at Brookline look forward to
participating for years to come! Go Nittany Lions!
